Excel Manufacturing Inc. plans and develops the processes that are needed for the realization of our products. In planning product realization Excel Manufacturing Inc. determines the following, as appropriate:
- Quality objective and requirements for the product
- The need to establish processes and documents, and to provide resources specific to the product
- Require verification, validation, monitoring, measurement, and inspection activities specific to the product and the criteria for product acceptance
Customer contracts are thoroughly reviewed to ensure those customer requirements are adequately defined and documented. Employees who deal with contracts are trained to understand and recognize customer requirements.

Software used includes: MasterCam 2022, Esprit 2020, Solidworks 2018, GibbsCam 2009
